1 Bed Den: Floorplan of the Month

The One Bedroom Plus a Den is a very popular floor plan at Lofts at Perkins Park. This layout is in high demand for many reasons. As you can see from its picture the Living/Dining Area is a large and open space giving you the opportunity to make this space work for you and customize it to your lifestyle.
